I'm glad you're willing to call a spade a spade. As you can see, an established director can get anything published (or any celebrity, for that matter), and sadly, he wrote the most generic, expected thing possible. And this is what publishers think we should spend our money on? I mean, write apocalyptic fiction, by all means, but no theme or genre should preclude at least the most cursory attempt at originality or common sense.

Again, good, refreshing review. You should write a book (if you haven't already)!
