Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish where we answer a topic given by the host. Today were books we couldn’t believe we hadn’t read and so I decided to talk about first books in series.
1. A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray: I own this whole series, why have I not read it?
2. Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson: Maybe if I mention this book enough I’ll actually get to reading it.
3. Noughts & Crosses by Malorie Blackman: I just bought this whole series, it took me forever to find the damn things. Book 1 isn’t here yet but I hope I get to it soon.
4. If I Stay by Gale Forman: Haven’t read the book nor seen the movie. I have two copies of this one, English and Finnish.
5. Finnikin of the Rock by Melina Marchetta: Finally bought ths one, I’ve been wanting to read it a long time.
6. Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor: Heard so many good things and own the first two books. Must get to it.
7. The Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson: I love this author so I’m excited to dive in. Own the first two.
8. Born Wicked by Jessica Spotswood: Second book is in the mail, the first is waiting for me on my shelf. I love this older cover.
9. The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon: Got this for Christmas two years ago, probably should read it soon.
10. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins: I feel like Maf is going to kill me if I don’t read it soon.

Anna and the French Kiss is quite possibly the cutest thing I've ever read :3 It's fantastic and I hope you get the chance to get to it soon. If I Stay is also one of my favourites :3 You've got a great list here though! I've been meaning to read A Daughter of Smoke and Bone for ages now too!

So I've heard.
I have been being bludgeoned by well meaning bloggers about needing to read Mistborn, so that will have to get done at some point. I hope Book Outlet still has some copies of the Finnikin book when I make my next order. I wish I had seen your book haul post before I finalized my last order. The Smoke and Bone books have been on my intended list gor a long time, too, and the Bone Season and its sequel have been sounding good to me, too! Ugh. There just isn't enough time!
I put in an extra order just for Finnikin. I'm bad.

I have very little self control when it comes to BookOutlet.
Mistborn is amazing! One of my alltime favorites. I'm guilty of not yet having read most of the others though. There's just not enough time!
