I’ve always loved Garnet. Honestly, I think he’s my favorite character in the Jewel series. Either him or Lucien. So when I saw he was getting his own novella I immediately pre-ordered that sucker. By this point it’s already been a while since I’ve read it, I’m a little bit behind after all, but I’ll say now what I said then. Can we please get more Garnet?

Seriously, I would love to get some more Garnet action in this series. His snark, his sass, the perfect way that he pisses off his mother….ah yes his mother. You know for being the spawn of Satan’s mistress the guy is shockingly well put together.

I loved seeing a little bit more into Garnet’s world. Into Garnet’s head. See how calculating he is with every move he makes against his mother. Whether it’s just to piss her off or there’s a higher purpose, he’s an enjoyable character to watch work. If I could just have a Garnet series I would be happy.

So are we going to get more novellas?

Who do you think they will be about if there are?
