I love Jennifer Armentrout. She writes great characters and ever since her Lux series I’ve read everything she’s written. I don’t instantly love everything she writes but I will always give her books a shot. This is different than some of the other books she’s put out recently too, so I’m super excited to read it! I really love the cover look as well. Plus, it releases on my birthday so it’s automatically going to be great. 😉
I have to admit, I haven’t read anything by this author yet. HOWEVER, I do hear really good things. this sounds quite different from her other books, as you mentioned. I’ll have to check it out! Yay for it being released on your birthday too!

Honestly, I will read anything Jennifer L Amentrout writes. After the Lux series and Covenant series, I honestly believe that she can write ANYTHING and the book/series will be perfection. But I’m curious to see how she takes on a contemporary aspect compared to the paranormal books I’ve read from her.
